Beef Jerky
- 1 1/2 - 2 pound lean beef
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon hickory smoke salt
- Mix ingredients in a bowl and add the meat one at a time until all sides are covered.
- Cover meat and let stand 1 hour or over night in the refrigerator.
- Shake off excess liquid and place meat on oven racks.
- Dry meat at 150°F to 200°F until desired consistency.
