Bouche de Noel

1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
Warm egg. Beat first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes.
Add flour and butter.
Cook 10-15 minutes at 330°F.
Fill with corn starch pudding.
