Candy Kiss Cookies

- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup 10x sugar
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 9 ounces bag of Hershey kisses
- Soften butter to room temperature and add eggs and 1/2 C 10x sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Blend in flour and nuts.
- Shape dough about the size of a walnut around each kiss.
- Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Carefully remove to shallow bowl of 10x sugar and roll while hot
- Cool, then roll in 10x sugar again.
