Chinese Noodle Cookies

- 1 x 6 ounces package of butterscotch chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 5 ounces Chinese noodles
- 1/2 package of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup coconut (reserve some)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Melt butterscotch in pan.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into small balls and roll in coconut in a separate dish.
- Allow to harden for 1 hour.
