Chocolate Fudge

- 4 cups sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 marshmallow cream
- 1 stick butter
- 16 ounces chocolate chips
- Combine sugar, milk and butter.
- Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 15 minutes.
- Start softball testing at 13 minutes.
- Remove from stove and add the remaining ingredients.
Alternative: Chocolate/Peanut-butter
- Try with 6 oz of chocolate chips and 3/4 cup of peanut butter.
Alternative: Nuts
- Try adding walnuts or pecans.
