Harvard Beets

- 2 cups diced, cooked Beets
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Mix sugar and flour.
- Add vinegar and water.
- Cook over low heat in heavy sauce pan until thick.
- Add salt and butter, then diced beets.
- Reheat & serve.
