Macaroni and Cheese
from "The Settlement Cookbook"

• medium white sauce
• 1/2 pound boiled Macaroni
• 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
• Butter

1. Mix white sauce, macaroni, and 3/4 C of the cheese.
2. Place in buttered baking dish, sprinkle top with remaining cheese and dot with butter.
3. Bake for 15 minutes in a hot over, 400°F.
