Mayonnaise

1 Egg, beaten
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Cook until thick.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter.
When cool and ready to use, use with an equal mount of Hellman's Mayonnaise.
